I'm an advocate of mild soap and water. Good for most materials too. 👍 Edit: I amended it from 'all' to 'most'. I should remember to never talk in absolutes, as there's always something I forget. 🙂 Fleshlights hate soap. For those a spray cleaner is recommended. 👍
