I've got an incredible vibrator, but it never lasts long enough to get me off. Is it possible to change it so that it runs while charging?

What is the vibrator? There may be something else very similar that has a longer run time.
You mostly can't if it's not a builtin function of the vibrator.
Either you should buy a new one (same) or changing it for another one with a better battery life.
There is some, like magic wand, that aren't working on battery but on an electric socket.
